Dr. Kefa Wainaina is a registered Pharmacist and the pharmacist in charge of Christ Clinic pharmacy. Kefa Obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Hampton University in 2011. He began his career as a retail pharmacist in Yorktown, VA as well as a volunteer pharmacist for Lackey free clinic. He is also the founder of the nonprofit rxAssist in Houston. Kefa Joined Christ Clinic in Dec 2022 to grow the Christ Clinic pharmacy (from Class D to Class A). His passion is to ensure that any Christ Clinic patient or non-Christ Clinic patient can access free or low-cost medication. He is dedicated to enhancing connections with pharmaceutical distributors and donors, ensuring the availability of crucial medications to support Christ Clinic’s mission.
